I bring 27 years of experience working for Anoka County Human Services, giving me a strong understanding of county government and how it can better serve residents. As a taxpayer, I see firsthand tax dollars being spent unnecessarily and it frustrates me.
In my current role, I work in the fraud area, helping ensure public funds are used appropriately and taxpayer dollars are protected. Throughout my career, I have also been involved in efforts to streamline government processes, making services more efficient while saving time and money.
Outside of my professional experience, I have coordinated the
Rice Lake Elementary Carnival, led the Centennial Youth Hockey Association golf tournament, served more than 20 years on my homeowner’s association board, including 15 years as president, and been a member of the Centerville Lions Club for six years, serving the past two years as president. I don’t just live in the
community—I am committed to it.

My husband, Mark, and I have lived in Lino Lakes for 22 years, where we raised our two sons, Grant and Kolton. I believe our communities deserve leadership rooted in integrity, professionalism,
and civility. District 3 deserves a full-time commissioner who will listen, work hard, and make thoughtful decisions with taxpayers at the forefront of every decision. While I may not come from a political background, I bring 27 years of county experience and more than two decades of active community involvement. I am
ready and excited to put that experience to work and serve District 3 in a larger capacity.
